Community Center Gym:
Ligna-Span was utilized to carry the massive loads and spans
of 135’ for this gymnasium complex. This is a perfect example
of a steel-based project converted to Heavy Timber to satisfy
aesthetics and structural needs, as well as to reduce the
maintenance costs.

Day School:
By using solid sawn Douglas Fir with a combination of exposed
plates and Ligna-Span connections, this gymnasium’s roof structure
spans 85’.
